Other options: The Blazers seem locked in on Jay Scrubb, which could give them flexibility to trade down and still take him, should the rest of the league lack similar interest. The Blazers need to continue adding depth, and in a draft full of  role players, it’s hard to see Portland passing up the 46th pick. While the Blazers could make some noise and move up, even if only in the 2nd round, the Blazers are in a good situation without sacrificing future assets. With Portland having no second round pick for 2021, the Blazers need to add cheap talent as much as possible.
